Value Engineering:
Value engineering is provided when the construction documents are 50% complete. The process includes scrutinizing systems and materials for their physical characteristics, efficiency, durability, and price. After review, new products and systems may be incorporated into the final drawings and specifications.
Building Consultation:
Offering years of experience and technical competence in the construction industry, TBI consults with Owners on materials, systems and methods available in the market place. Building Consultation includes incorporating the initial construction budgets, efficiency, durability, and the owner’s needs within the project.
Conceptual Estimates:
Full project estimates provided on large and small projects from ground up construction to interior fit up and renovation work. Accurate pricing of any systems and materials associated with the construction of a particular project.
Design Build Projects:
To design and construct a project for an owner. This process is a method in which the Owner retains the builder and the builder then employs the architect, engineers and all the subcontractors. It provides the Owner the ability to deal with one entity throughout the project duration.
